Vernon Boyd Dean, 83, of Waurika, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Funeral services were held Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, at the Church of the Nazarene in Waurika with Rev. Richard Dean, Eric Roberts and Shawn Hutchinson officiating. Burial was in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.

Frances Margueritte Hargis

Frances Margueritte Hargis, 93, of Waurika, passed from this life Jan. 14, 2008 in Ryan. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika. Burial was in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
